Harold L. Rosenfeld, M.D., F.A.C.S., is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He graduated from Occidental College and the University of Southern California School of Medicine. He did his general surgery training in Los Angeles, and his plastic surgery residency at Louisiana State University in New Orleans. He studied in Europe for six months before starting his practice of plastic surgery in Pasadena in 1975, where he has been ever since.

Dr. Rosenfeld is on the plastic surgery faculty at the University of Southern California and is involved in the general surgery residency training program at Huntington Memorial Hospital. He is a member of the Aesthetic Surgery Society, California Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Association of Hand Surgeons, the American Society of Laser Surgery and Medicine, the Los Angeles Academy of Medicine, the Los Angeles Surgical Society, Los Angeles Hand Club, California Medical Association, the Los Angeles County Medical Association, and the Pasadena Medical Association.

He has done research and published papers on cutaneous laser surgery and has been an investigator for both the Mentor and McGhan Corporations' silicone breast prostheses protocols. Dr. Rosenfeld has wide experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery as well as laser surgery.
